To keep you all posted, my last event was about Influencer Health and Wellness Workshop. The aim was to focus on feeling empowered, confident, and less self-doubtful. Moreover, I was fortunate enough to have collaborated with Intelligent Change, a company that also supported the principle of my workshop.
I’m sure most of you might have heard of the five minutes journals. But here’s a little insight in case you don’t know: the journal is mainly about investing time for yourself (just 5 minutes of your day, yup you read it right peeps!). In other words, it trains your mind to focus on the positive things rather than stressing over negative thoughts! Take my word for it when I say that this is one of the best journals I’ve come across because it’s a tool that has helped me make the necessary positive changes in my life.
The Productivity Planning is an effective way to stay on track and be focused on to the present. This planner allows you to prioritize your work and avoid procrastination. If you’re a person who needs to keep track of assignment, or be more efficient with work, then this is the planner for you.
Personally, I thought the productivity planner was the best fit for me as I do organize events and need to keep a track of the things I need to accomplish by the end of the day. However, this was not the case. It was when I had read the five-minute journal that I realized I needed to invest some self-time.
